Consumer electronics company Monster renews agreement with Speed Communications for pan-European brief
Global consumer electronics company Monster has reappointed Speed Communications as its sole agency to manage brand communications across the UK, France and Germany.
Speed Communications previously worked with Monster to launch its iSport Freedom headphones, which is part of its range of iSport Headphones, in the UK.
Following a non-competitive pitch, Speed’s reappointment comes ahead of the release of football star Cristiano Ronaldo’s first collection of lifestyle electronics, ROC by Monster.
Speed’s new brief will include press office activity, product launches, partnerships, and campaigns, alongside social and digital strategies.
The account will be led by Amanda Ellison, associate director at Speed.
Vicky White, EMEA marketing manager at Monster, said: “We have a great, long standing relationship with Speed which, alongside its wealth of experience in consumer electronics and fitness industries and impressive work on previous campaigns and events including the UK launch of the iSport range, makes it the perfect agency to handle all of our UK, French and German communications. We are so pleased to have them as part of the Monster family.”
Kate Bosomworth, MD of Speed London, said: “We have strong consumer, lifestyle and sport experience and combined with the team’s passions for music, sport, and fashion are delighted to be reappointed as their sole agency of record in the UK, France and Germany.”
